The new split main rotor clamp TL48013 (main propeller clamp) anti-slip nut adopts a nut limit hole, which does not require a wrench when locking and is easy to use. The main rotor clamp adopts a split extension arm (TL48014) vulnerable design, which greatly reduces the cost of use. The newly designed large-size bearing clamp places the thrust bearing in the middle, indirectly extending the side swing arm of the bearing and reducing virtual swing. Large-size bearings can withstand stronger tension to meet the current mainstream models’ requirements. The newly added M2.5 stress-free ball head and stepped threads can bring better contact surfaces and avoid thread stress points. The new split main rotor clamp TL48013 (main propeller clamp) is suitable for all 450DFC modifications with a mid-link
width of 27MM, and comes with a matching [450 DFC anti-shooting horizontal axis TL48009].

The overall tensile design of the new anti-shooting horizontal axis adopts 480 specifications. The horizontal axis is locked with a 12.9-grade M2.5 diameter full-thread screw. This design can effectively reduce the probability of propeller shooting. The effective thread depth of the inner hole of the horizontal axis is 8MM to avoid the impact stress point.

The main rotor fixing seat has a new spindle locking design to effectively hold the spindle to prevent the fixing seat from swinging. The spindle fixing seat without a balance wing adopts an ultra-low center of gravity design, which can make the main rotor level close to the center of gravity of the fuselage. This improvement can effectively improve the crispness of 3D actions such as rolling, spinning, and pendulum, making the helicopter more stable in a hovering state, and at the same time having a stronger operating feel. It can be upgraded .

The 450FBL split locking rotor head assembly can use the 450FL new reinforced positive
and negative threaded connecting rod TL2639 (optional) with a pull rod length of 32.8MM, which can perform step-less adjustment of the rotor pitch without removing the ball head buckle.
